My first thought at seeing the picture on the book Collectivism after modernism, a collection of essays that “explore the ways in which collectives function within cultural norms, social conventions and corporate or state-sanctioned art”, reads the back.

in short

Part #6 is a proposal for a five-year project that documents the opinions that different stakeholders in the Legazpi neighborhood in Madrid have on the drastic cultural and urban development projects the area is currently undergoing. They are each given a blue marked timeline in the new museum Intermediae on which they can periodically publish a picture with a comment. The proposal was made on invitation by Intermediae and ultimately declined.
